The system can scan multiple sides of the product and can analyse the images for defects,markings or features.The system generates 3D profile alongwith 2D camera based stereo images which can be analysed for any defects indepedently or in combined manner.The system also features a deep learning camera which can compute and track features in real time to assist analysis process
The robot utilised in the product is Gridbots Artimus Series Robot [Precision Series]. It comess with a teach pendant and touch screen controller and motion controller to control and program in real time.
The system has onboard nVidia Series RTX GPU compute which can analyse images in real-time and provide results.
