The Gridbots ROBO-STACK Palletising Line is a complete, turnkey end-of-line solution built around our high-speed PalletMatik robot. A single robot serves two palletising stations positioned on either side — while one pallet is being built, the second is swapped out and re-loaded, giving you genuinely continuous, non-stop palletising.
Each side station is fed by its own automatic empty-pallet storage magazine and discharges finished loads onto a full-pallet outfeed conveyor — no operator has to enter the cell to change pallets during a normal run.
With its plain, English-like programming interface, the line lets you create, modify and deploy new stacking patterns and SKUs in minutes. The system carries the smallest footprint and lightest weight in its class, making it perfectly suited for large-scale deployment against rising throughput demand.
A 13” HDMI teach pendant and simple control GUI make operating, pattern-building and programming the line a comfortable, straightforward job.
