RAPIMOV is Gridbots High Performance 4 Axis SCARA Robot which is designed for high precision assembly,gluing,inspection and other high speed jobs which require controlled and accurate motion with high payloads.
This is a high rigidity double arm triple link configuration which ensures that even at high payloads there is no vibration on the tool tip and quick vertical motion can be achieved which is missing feature from most of the single arm SCARA robots.
The robot can be controlled via Grid-Vision software directly to ensure high performance and accuracy.The system provides automatic conveyor tracking, multiple gripper options and teach by example interface to save time and achieves lowest time to setup and running the system
