Gridbots Robo-Paint is an automatic painting solution for batch painting of products which needs to be painted automatically in a pre-defined manner. The system can be custom extended to any size and can accommodate any size of product which requires custom painting maneuvers.

The paint booth is fitted with multiple 3D Scan sensors to ensure that the surface of the product to be painted is properly dimensioned and scanned before paint process begins - Making it free from manual programming cycles.

The under carriage can carry product upto 1 tonnes with fast speeds and with high precision stop and go slides.The system can be integrated with the blasting and coating solution to ensure that blasting, coating and painting system can work in tandem.

Multiple robots as per the requirement of the painting speed and product geometry can be fitted on the line to ensure the uptime and productivity.
