ONLINE TANK CLEANING - ROBOTIC SOLUTION

SAUSR is an underwater service robot which can be operated remotely using the OCU unit situated outside the tank by a robotic technician.

It can be used inside water tanks and small reservoirs to remove the sludge deposited on the base while they are full of water.

The sludge content can be mud, ash, dirt or any other media which has deposited over time on the tank surface.

SAUSR also features twin counter rotating brushes which enable it to scrap all kinds of hard deposits at the bottom.

The high pressure onboard pump then subsequently throws out all that scrapped sludge through a connected exit pipe.

The system features re-usable sludge filters which filters out all the thrown out sludge and captures the non liquid part and the filtered water is re-circulated back to the tank.

The complete Robot is made from Special grade Stainless Steel which makes it 100% rust proof - even during prolonged use and even in acidic mediums.
